I read on LinkedIn, and saw that the post went viral on its own because of its content: a recruiter posted about what the company she represented was looking for in future employees. Amidst the comments from candidates and the requirements, one person responded about what an employee expected from the company. It was interesting and sparked a great reflection!

ANDRESSA PALTIANO wrote:
Looking for:
Professionals who maintain the same energy and commitment from the day of the job interview.
Who understand that we are in a time of crisis and that now more than ever we need to give our all to get out of this together.
Who know that sometimes we need to take a step back to jump three right ahead.
Who read the job posting all the way to the end and with due attention.
Above all, who are keen on making a difference and not just doing more of the same.
If you meet the requirements above, send me your CV in my inbox!
MICHELE MENEZES responded:
I’m looking for:
Companies whose culture and discourse are aligned.
Who understand that in a time of crisis, one should not reduce salaries by two-thirds.
Who do not take advantage of a candidate’s vulnerability to propose a starvation wage.
Who truly list as a requirement what will be necessary for the position.
Who are willing to invest in the employee who will work to increase their profits.
If you have a company like that, I will send my resume!
