Tenha paciência, tudo o que está sentindo hoje é passageiro. Cristo já morreu por nós e ressuscitou, vencendo a morte e as dores. Força!

IN ENGLISH – On bad days, a Christian word is worth it:

“If the world hates you, know that it hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you” (JN 15:18-21).

So,

“The Lord is my Light and my Salvation” (PSALM 26/27).

If you prefer, in plain Portuguese…

“Get up, shake off the dust and get back on your feet”.

Be patient, everything you are feeling today is temporary. Christ has already died for us and rose again, conquering death and pain. Stay strong!
