Friends, the world is insane.
Children should have in sports something fun and educational. Parents should use football as a disciplining tool for them. Sports organizations should rejoice in the virtues of healthy activity.
However…
I read that the FPF has not only banned single-team fan sections but also any fans at all from U-11 and U-12 games, on the recommendation of the TJD-SP.
BELOW:
CLOSED GATES!
Children’s football should be a synonym for learning, social interaction, fun, and joy.
When the attitudes of fans threaten this environment, we need to act.
Because of the bad behavior of adults, the children in the Paulista U-11 and U-12 categories will play with closed gates for two rounds. The measure, of an educational nature, is a decision by the Paulista Football Federation upon recommendation from the Paulista Football Sports Justice Court, due to the growing number of cases of violence, hostility, and even racist and homophobic offenses against the children.
