Por outro lado, será que se o próprio Bolsonaro não tivesse brigado com o STF, as coisas seriam outras? Talvez Lula ainda estivesse preso? Aliás, as delações e confissões dos envolvidos em Mensalão e Petrolão seriam anuladas?

I don’t belong to any political party, and I always favor careful consideration. But some questions need to be asked in the Bolsonaro case: why would someone have a flash drive hidden in the bathroom? Or call military ministers to discuss a state of siege in peacetime?

On the other hand, if Bolsonaro himself hadn’t clashed with the Supreme Court, would things be different? Perhaps Lula would still be in prison? And incidentally, would the plea bargains and confessions of those involved in the Mensalão and Petrolão scandals be annulled?
