Muita gente questiona coisas difíceis de se responder: quem foi o melhor árbitro, melhor treinador, melhor equipe de todos os tempos… mas há uma que não deixa dúvida: melhor jogador!

Nasci para o Futebol no comecinho dos anos 80. Meu primeiro grande craque foi o Zico, o Galinho de Quintino que atuava naquela máquina de jogar futebol que era o Flamengo.

Vi Maradona fazer maravilhas na Itália e ser santificado pela torcida napolitana. Igual ao que fez em 86 no México ganhando o Mundial para a Argentina, nunca mais verei…

Agora vejo Messi encantar. Incrível, mas menos carismático do que Dom Diego. A seu favor, a mídia com Internet e Canais a Cabo. Maradona, aqui no Brasil, só passava na TV Bandeirantes vez ou outra.

Melhor do que eles?

Pelé!

Claro que não o vi jogar, mas pelos vídeos e relatos, fico convencido.

E se Pelé tivesse a mesma qualidade dos gramados que os jogadores de hoje tem? E se tivesse o mesmo material esportivo? A mesma chuteira? A mesma ciência do esporte a seu favor?
